Agri-Immanence
A generative AI/IoT enabled digital agronomy advisor for sustainability transitions of covered horti-food production systems
In Brief
- Challenge: Future Food Systems Challenge
- Challenge Type: National Challenge Fund
- Status: Active
The Challenge
Horticultural growing of food in greenhouses and controlled environments is critical for food supply, security and nutrition globally. It will only grow in importance as the impacts of climate change intensify. However, growers need decision-support systems to increase their yields and food quality, while reducing environmental footprints and costs.
The Solution
The Agri-Immanence team are building a digital agronomy advisor that combines Internet of Things sensors with generative Artifical Intelligence (AI) advances to enable sustainability transitions of covered horti-food production systems. The Agri-Immanence digital advisor can be deployed across the millions of farmers and growing environments worldwide.
